Mark McCormick

Mark McCormick serves as the President of Middlesex County College with over 30 years of experience in higher education.  He is the first person in his family to earn a college degree and holds a doctorate in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in French from Davidson College.  He refers to himself as an accidental academic who stumbled into a career in higher education.  While working as a lawyer, he taught courses as an adjunct at a two-year college where he found a passion for teaching.
