LIVE WELL-VIVIR BIEN NEW BRUNSWICK

Stay Informed, Live Well!

From Awareness to Access — Empowering Local Health.

Building a Healthier Community, Together.

LIVE WELL-VIVIR BIEN NEW BRUNSWICK is a city-wide campaign creating awareness and inspiring residents to actively participate in the health and wellness resources and services available in New Brunswick, ultimately resulting in improved quality of life and other positive health outcomes. Health and wellness information, resources, activities, and events are communicated through our mobile-friendly WEBSITE in both English & Spanish and our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). LIVE WELL-VIVIR BIEN NEW BRUNSWICK also serves as the communications mechanism for Healthier New Brunswick.

It is a collective effort lead by New Brunswick Tomorrow that aims to:

  • Coordinate community programs and activities that promote health and wellness.
  • Increase public awareness of health and wellness resources through available health-related and supportive social services.
  • Establish goals to measure

The LIVE WELL-VIVIR BIEN NEW BRUNSWICK campaign is designed to foster community-based partnerships by encouraging networking and collaboration among community partners and organizations. It allows communication for the health-related activities and services available, both for LIVE WELL-VIVIR BIEN partners and New Brunswick residents.

The LIVE WELL-VIVIR BIEN NEW BRUNSWICK campaign was created from the shared vision of Healthier New Brunswick as a communications platform to amplify the work of community partners in helping residents to lead healthier lifestyles and achieve greater positive health outcomes. Since its inception, Healthier New Brunswick has evolved from being an initiative focused on the issue of access to medical care to a collaboration uniting and connecting resources and assets to improve the overall health and wellness of the community. The focus includes health behaviors, physical and mental healthcare, and the social determinants of health, such as social and economic factors, food insecurity and the physical environment.
