NBT Welcomes Kelly Watts as New Director of Development

Kelly Watts

We are pleased to share with you that Kelly Watts has joined New Brunswick Tomorrow as Director of Development! In this most important role, Kelly will be managing a comprehensive development and fundraising initiative and supporting our key organizational/task force strategies. She will be working closely with us, our task force volunteers and local stakeholders in understanding and responding to the health, human service and education needs of our city residents.

Kelly comes to us from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County (B&GCMC), where she has spent the last two and a half years. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise in nonprofit leadership, including development-focused and executive director roles. As our newest staff member, dedicated to driving our organizational fund raising and development, particularly around our Strategic Plan, we are very excited to have Kelly as part of our team.

Please join us in welcoming her to our community as we look to increase our impact and improve the quality of life for every resident.
